Since 2002, Mr. Sloves and his team, have advised hundreds of businesses and civil/criminal litigation professionals on Computer Forensics, eDiscovery and other technological issues relevant to the practice. 

 

Many of his matters have included multiple parties and high-profile litigation working for the prosecution and defense in both civil and criminal matters including Military court in matters such as Capital Murder, Trade Secret Theft, Terrorism, Distracted Driving, Wrongful Death, Healthcare and General Commercial Litigation.

 

Mr. Sloves has completed over a thousand electronic evidence examinations globally and has forensically imaged thousands of computers, USB devices, cellular & smartphones and other devices.

Our office is currently located in Dallas, Texas yet we offer Remote Data Collections of computers, emails and mobile evidence. Upon client request, we have also traveled to Asia, Europe, Central America and across the US when necessary.

Mr. Sloves is a member of the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE) and is a licensed Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) and Certified Cellebrite Cell Phone Examiner. He also has taken certification courses for Cellular, Mapping & Analysis and Call Detail Records.

Lance is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas and has passed and maintained a Top Secret/SSBI US Government Clearance.

He has twenty years’ experience related to conducting investigations of both a civil and criminal nature, and seventeen years’ experience in the investigations and review of digital evidence to include, computers, mobile devices, Call Detail Records (CDR) and Location based data to include GPS and Cell Towers.

 

Known cases include Amber Guyer, Dallas Police Shooting, Christopher Duntsch (Dr Death), Barrett Brown (2012–13 Stratfor email leak), Khalid Aldawsari (Saudi Student Sentenced to Life in Prison for Attempted Use of Weapon of Mass Destruction), Collin Street Bakery and others. 

 

Mr. Sloves, to date, qualifies as an Expert in the State of Texas in both Civil and Criminal matters, and Federal Court.

Mr. Watson has received several Degrees, to include Master in Financial Engineering, HAAS School of Business, UC Berkeley, Berkeley, California, PhD Applied Mathematics, University of Nottingham, Nottingham, UK, MSc Electrical Engineering, University College London, London, UK, BSc Physics, University of Durham, Durham, UK

He is a Private Investigator under Texas Private Security Registration for CFSI and has a certificates in Cell Phone Forensics and the  CompTIA A+ from Collin College.

Ms. Ayala is a Forensic Consultant, Licensed Private Investigator, Social Media Investigator, Federal Litigation Paralegal, and eDiscovery Specialist. Summer has 12 years of litigation support and investigative experience, mostly in White Collar Criminal Defense.

 

Ms. Ayala holds an A.S. in Business Studies from Richland College, and an A.S. in Paralegal Studies from El Centro College. She is an alumnus of the esteemed Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society, a valued member of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association, The American Bar Association, and Women in eDiscovery (Dallas Chapter). Summer is a Licensed Private Investigator under Texas Private Security Registration. She is also a Disco eDiscovery Project Manager, Certified Paraben Device Seizure Mobile Operator, and Certified Paraben P2C Computer Operator.
